She holds a B.A. in International Politics from The Pennsylvania State University and an M.A. in International Policy Studies from The Monterey Institute of International Studies. Besides English, Anders speaks fluent German and Mandarin, Chinese (and if prompted, she can curse in Italian). Anders resides in Washington, DC.
